📦 General Terms:

1. All packages are inclusive of standard-size modular units only. Any custom sizing or layout changes may result in additional costs.
2. Material specifications are subject to availability. Equivalent alternatives of the same or higher grade may be used.
3. All work is executed strictly as per the signed design and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
4. GST and all applicable taxes are not includedin package prices unless explicitly stated.
5. A 10-year structural warrantyis provided on modular components (ply, hardware, and shutter framework).
6. Damages due to misuse, water leakage, pest infestation, or external tampering are not covered under warranty.

💸 Payment & Pricing:

1. A minimum 10% advanceis required to initiate the design phase.
2. The remaining amount will follow a milestone-based payment schedule (design approval, production, delivery, installation).
3. All quoted package prices are indicative estimatesbased on carpet area and standard inclusions.
4. Final pricing will vary as per site conditions, layout complexity, brand preferences, and customization.

✏️ Design & Customization:

1. A signup design feeis applicable to initiate the 2D and 3D design phase. This fee is adjustable or discounted upon confirmed order and contract signing.
2. Design services are chargeableand are adjusted against the final invoice if the client proceeds with Urbano Disegni.
3. All custom elements are executed only after client sign-offand payment of the revised estimate.

🛠 Execution & Installation:

1. Site readiness (civil work, plumbing, electrical) is the client’s responsibility and must be completed before installation begins.
2. Standard execution timeline ranges from 30–75 days, depending on the package and volume of customization.
3. Urbano Disegni will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, structural changes, or payment delays.
4. Material storage, loading, and labor charges for restricted-access sites (e.g., high-rises without lifts) will be billed extra.

🔌 Lighting, Painting & Civil Work:

1. Lighting and painting are optionaland chargeable separately, based on brand selection and site scope.
2. Civil work, tiling, plumbing, false ceilings, or electrical changes are not includedunless explicitly stated.
3. Smart lighting, automation, or IoT integrations are available only in the Luxury Bespoke Packageor on request.

📃 Documentation & Closure:

1. An agreement will be signed post finalization of design and BOQ.
2. Any changes requested post-sign-off will result in a change order and revised costing/timeline.
3. A final quality checklist will be provided during handover.
4. Urbano Disegni reserves the right to document the project for portfolio purposes with prior client consent.
